Each custom formula starts with a 90 minute consultation (video call or in-person) after you’ve filled out the appropriate consultation forms.

Discuss your skin goals & lifestyle needs. We’ll educate you on the best ingredients for your skin type, age, environment and lifestyle. Once we’ve established the best ingredients and product styles for you, we go to work in the lab.

First formulations usually take 7-10 days to develop, though production times vary depending on the the product.

After your consultation, your skincare expert goes to work in the lab to research and create a custom formula based on your needs and goals.

Your skin is unique, and your skincare should be too. We tailor every aspect of your custom blend – from ingredient selection to concentration – based on your individual skin type, concerns, lifestyle, and goals discussed during your personalized consultation.

Once we’ve created the perfect product for you, we keep that formula for you and can make adjustments to your formulas as your skin or lifestyle needs change.
